With your mini-company you interact with your clients in all kinds of ways delivering a special service, be it if you sell a product or an intangible service.
Customer satisfaction is an important indicator of corporate competitiveness, since it positively links to customer loyalty and profitability. Among all the factors that have been identified as determinants of customer satisfaction, service quality has received considerable attention.
For KPMG, a professional services firm in Audit, Tax and Advisory services and as well a people business, an outstanding service to its clients is vital. Our credo is that an outstanding service delivery differentiates us essentially from our competitors. Therefore, we have thoroughly defined what an outstanding client service means to us and ask our people to apply these guidelines in their client interactions.
In order to participate in this Award please describe in a short text (maximum of 2’100 letters, including spaces) what service quality/client service means to your mini-company and how you put it into practice.
The top 5-10 teams will be announced by March 16th and will be interviewed by the KPMG special jury during the JA-YE Europe Trade Fair in Zurich. There will be no further preparation required from your side. At the Award ceremony in the evening the top 3 mini-companies will be awarded with the KPMG Client Service Award.
