    3:00 - 4:30 PM     EwB Teachers CAFÉ (for teachers)

    5:00 - 6:30 PM     FedEx Access Award Seminar (for students)

              7:00 PM     Departure for dinner at hotel reception

    7:30 - 9:30 PM     Romanian Traditional Dinner                     

  9:30 - 11:00 PM     Old City by night  
                               Globus Circus performance: a mix of circus arts and street entertainment                     

Friday – July 20th

10:00 - 10:30 AM     OFFICIAL OPENING

10:30 - 11:30 AM     STAGE PRESENTATIONS (parallel in two groups)

11:40 - 12:30 PM     STAGE PRESENTATIONS (continued)

    1:00 - 2:00 PM     Lunch

    2:00 - 5:00 PM     Student Company Exhibition open

    3:30 - 4:00 PM     Coffee Break

    5:00 - 6:00 PM     Dismantling stands

              6:30 PM     Departure for dinner at hotel reception

                               Aviation Day - Paper Airplane Contest in the street (all participants invited)

Saturday – July 21st

  9:00 - 12:30 PM     Panel interview for Alumni Leadership Award (nominated students)

  9:00 - 12:30 PM     Free time (teachers only)

10:00 - 12:30 PM     Meeting (STAFF and CEOs)

  12:30 - 2:00 PM     Lunch

   2:30 -  4:30 PM     Changing lives campaign & Bucharest Challenge (Students and teachers)

              5:30 PM     Departure to the Palace of Parliament by bus (meeting at hotel reception)  
    
     6:00 - 7:00 PM    COCKTAIL RECEPTION at the Parliament Palace, Unirii Hall
