The Competition takes place on 3 consecutive days and includes the following stages:
• Company Report
• Stage Presentation – an oral presentation before an audience
• Interview at a Company Exhibition Stand – a trade fair exhibition settings
• Panel Interview with the Judges
STAGE 1 - COMPANY REPORT
The Company Report stage provides an opportunity to demonstrate how effective the team is in presenting Company’s processes and results using a report format and how successful the team is in presenting the learning outcomes of their participation in the Company Programme.

STAGE 2 - STAGE PRESENTATION
The Stage Presentation provides an opportunity to demonstrate how effective the team is in getting a potential investor excited about the business by making a presentation in front of the public.

STAGE 3 - EXHIBITION STAND
The Stand Interview provides an opportunity to demonstrate how effective the team is in utilising the trade fair setting for presenting their business and selling the product/service to a potential customer.

STAGE 4 - INTERVIEW WITH THE PANEL OF JUDGES
The Panel Interview provides an opportunity to demonstrate the qualities of each individual and of the team as well as how much of the qualities have been acquired by participating in the Company Programme.
