Volunteer Experts
The role of the experts is to give advice to students related to the challenge. They may consult you on technical issues, marketing, finance, or other conceptual points of their ideas. Each expert has the opportunity to interact with several teams. Each expert should be comfortable in working with young people, enjoy training/facilitating, and be sure to be available for the entire time required on the day.

Volunteering in such activities gives the volunteer experts the opportunity to ‘stretch’ their skills in different ways. Questionnaires that we have gathered from volunteers in other programmes tell us that they feel they have benefited in the following areas:
-
Communicating to non-business related audiences
-
Representing the company or organization in the community
