Kim Kamper

Retail Support Manager, Europe Africa Retail Sales, ExxonMobil

Kim Kemper joined Mobil Oil Corporation in 1989 after receiving an Economics Degree from the University of Illinois.  Her first role was in the Valley Forge, Pennsylvania office as a Data Control Analyst for the Mobil Lubricants Business.  From there she moved into a variety of assignments for the Credit, Retail & Refining Organisations in both Pennsylvania and Illinois.  She completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Chicago in 1998 and subsequently moved to the ExxonMobil Downstream Headquarters office in Fairfax, Virginia.  She held a number of positions in Fairfax, including Business Analysis and Reporting for Retail Sales, Global Planning for Fuels Marketing and Global Business Process Manager for Industrial & Wholesale Sales. In January of 2010, Kim was appointed Retail Support Manager for Europe Africa. In this position she manages a team of 35 employees who are responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Organisation in 13 European and African countries.  Kim is married with three children and lives in Hoeilaart, Belgium.
